Wood struck out four, ending the game with a 2.17 ERA and 0.97 WHIP on the season.
Analysis: In Wood's previous 12 starts, he notched 10 wins while allowing a total of 10 earned runs in 73 innings. ''I didn't have my command like usual,'' Wood said. ''It was tough. Just didn't get ahead and execute.'' He next pitches Friday against the Giants, and in two outings against them this year, he has gone 1-0 with a 3.27 ERA and 0.91 WHIP.

Analysis: Wood became the first Dodgers starter to reach 10-0 since Don Newcombe in 1955. It was his 13th consecutive start without a loss, the longest streak by a Dodgers pitcher to open the season since Rick Rhoden went 19 straight in 1976. The 26-year-old left-hander hasn't lost since May 30, 2016.

Analysis: He extended his career-high scoreless innings streak to 25 1/3, longest in the majors this season. The left-hander began the season in the bullpen and has capitalized after getting a chance to fill in for some of the Dodgers' injured starters.
